Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Director of HR for their client which is a Multinational company in the Middle East and Africa. The vacancy is based in Uganda. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience. The candidate must have experience in developing and implementing human resource policies aligned to the strategic objectives of the organization, be able to draw up employee appraisal and benefit programs, ensure that the organization is compliant with the local laws and policies.
