User Experience Designer
About
This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs. Responsibilities • Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work • Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes • Leverage user testing make product improvements What we are looking for · 3-5 years of relevant design experience in a UI/UX, or Visual Design field. · Solid command of Adobe Xd,Sketch, Figma, Invision and Adobe Suite products · An expert in interaction design and micro interactions using tools such as Principle/Protopie/After Effects is a must. · Proven expertise with modern web, service, slide and email design. · A strong portfolio which showcases your design skills. · A willingness to try new approaches and iterate, while maintaining attention to detail. · A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design discipline · Experience using Abstract, Marvel, and graphic design. · Basic understanding of frontend development is a plus
