AK Teaching are recruiting a Behavioural Support assistant to work in an Alternative Provision in Redcar. The role is starting ASAP. Working in an Alternative Provision, you will be able to manage challenging behaviour and be able to build a relationship with the students. Ideally applicants would have experience with SEMH and be comfortable working with KS3/4 students.
