Our client is a US listed MNC, which has clients based out of the US. In India, they have a captive/shared service set up, only and are growing at a very fast pace and with a headcount of close to 10,000 employees in India. Job Description Leading the corporate FP&A for India, you will be responsible for: • Controlling Direct Cost (Compensation & Benefits) and Indirect cost for all support functions i.e. Real Estate, Admin, Technology, Finance, HR and Trainings • Monitoring month end close and ensuring correct accounting treatment and booking of costs are done through proper Cost Centre Accounting, Accruals, Prepayments and Adjustment Journals • Monitoring Opex and EBITDA during the month end close. • Review of GL entries pertains to Accruals and Prepayments and allocation of support function cost into respective Business Units. • Headcount pipeline, Monthly Cost per FTE against each service lines, Individual business P& Strong Finance Business Partnering with all operation divisions and support functions. Seat Utilization, Capex Management • Provide MIS support to business leaders, ensuring achievement of financial and operating targets • Prepare adhoc analyses for CFO and other senior management team members • Implement activity based costing methodology The Successful Applicant A successful candidate will be someone, who has worked in a BPO/BPS/third party/Captive/Shared Services/Offshore set ups with experience in the India Corporate FP&A Team. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. • CA/ MBA preferred with 15+ years of financial analysis experience with increasing finance management responsibilities in a global organization. • Financial modeling experience • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Experience in project management, establishing business systems and process improvements. • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers • Experience with tier-1 financial systems such as Oracle, Lawson, etc • Excellent MS Excel and Report Writing skills (Hyperion knowledge is must) • Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong presentation skills.
