Customer Project Manager (CPM)

Job Summary: The Customer Project Manager ensures the establishment of project plan baseline, efficient project execution, customer & stakeholder engagement and able to drive delivery excellence. During the project delivery the CPM is the lead person for enhance sales opportunity and responsible to ensure adequate project cost and resource allocation. Major Duties and Responsibilities Build project team members and set-up project resources plan; Identify stakeholders expectations & develop project specification including its budget; Develop project plan, including billing, MS and cash flow analysis; Perform initial Risk Analysis including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental risks; Ensure quality management plan including OHS plan with support from project Specialist Ensure delivery strategy processes and ways of working are defined and aligned with the support of all delivery units; Ensure the proper execution of quality management plan including OHS safety Plan; Prepare responsibility matrix and set-up project Change Management (CM) environment Monitor project plan, truck activities and milestones; Define an action plan for problem solving & follow-up its implementation; Update project management tools and ensure its consistency; Confirm proposed team member and subcontractor competence in line with the project needs; Build customer confidence and manage stakeholders expectations and relations; Ensure the relevant governance meetings take place in a timely manner; Ensure regular monitoring of financial results and optimize working capital; Actively contribute to simplify processes, methods and tools. Other related tasks as assigned. Requirements Academic qualification BA in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or other related field Key competences Initiating & Persuading, Deciding Planning, organizing, Leading and Supervising Meeting customer expectations and delivering results Entrepreneurial & Commercial thinking Years of experience: 6+ years demonstrative project management experience preferably in a telecom Industry
