About
As the Associate Director of Clinical Services, I direct the provision of clinical services at CAPS, including staffing, client assignment, model and type of service options, triage, and crisis management. The position involves administrative supervision of CAPS Psychologists, coordinated performance evaluation, and participation in hiring processes. As the Clinical Director I am involved in multiple UHC and CAPS Committees and Treatment Teams including the UHC Ethics Committee and Behavioral Care Integration Team, as well as CAPS ED and AOD Teams. I lead the CAPS Case Disposition and Track 2 (high risk) Teams, and am a member of the CAPS Leadership Team. Relationships are maintained with UHC departments, other campus departments, and resources to optimize programming, referrals, and coordination of care. Policy and procedures are developed and revised as needed, in accordance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, FERPA, and APA standards.
