Assists in clerical functions and coordinate administrative aspects;
Prepares purchasing, travel, personnel, or related documents;
Organize and files financial documents and reports;
Sorts documents and matches supporting invoices to procurement documents;
Verifies invoices for payment and prepares routine entries and posts financial transactions.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Company Administration or related area;
Minimum of five years’ (5) experience as an Account Clerk in the mining/energy industry or similar;
Strong organizational and administrative skills;
Angolan Citizenship.
