Monitors hardware and software problem troubleshooting • Monitoring and management of the IT Inventory from purchase to renewal • Initial diagnosis of IT assets like phone, laptop, desktop, etc. • Vendor escalation • Deployment of all IT assets to new hires and promoted employees • Coordination to departments for proper monitoring of IT asset lifecycle • Deployment of PC laptop and other IT devices
