Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs secretarial functions for the Directors’ Office (i.e. typing, filing, attending telephone calls etc.) and ensures smooth operation at all times.
• Arranges meeting for the Directors.
• Maintains a good filing system and ensure that all correspondence is filled promptly and orderly.
• Sorts & dispatches all in comings and outgoing mails in a methodical manner.
• Receiving and forwarding all telephone calls in an orderly manner.
• To maintain a log book for all incoming calls and take massages when necessary, especially important ones.
• Arranges travel, hotel and visas arrangements for the Directors.
• Perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
