Brief Description

ENGINEERING MANAGER Manage the following activities of Engineering Department Construction drawing reviews and manage design from subcontractor if any Prepare method statement and procedures Review of MTOs Manage the contractor supply and check supply materials and vendors' relations Manage the material storage Estimation & Bidding & Prequalification As-built drawings and materials reconciliation Change Order & Claims Contracts review as deemed necessary Preparation of drawings for MTOs but no design as this is done by others Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes. Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
