• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively;
• Honest, reliable and can commit to strict confidentiality with keen attention to detail;
• Must be able to represent the University and handle all judicial, quasi-judicial and/or administrative cases wherein the University or its official is named a party thereto;
• Must be able to draft, review and notarize contracts, agreements, undertakings and other legal documents including the drafting and/or review of pleadings and other documents relative to the legal matters of the University;
• Render opinions and legal advice to the Chancellor.
