Lisa.N--We offer a variety of services, tailored to your needs and provided by caring professionals. We will combine both Fitness and nutrition to helping clients.
For the nutrition portion, its important for us to review current eating habits and wellness goals, such as losing weight, treating a disease or preventing future health issues such as diabetes and hypertension. Based on your needs we can put together a meal plan and educate you on proper nutrition and choosing foods that help treat and prevent certain diseases and conditions the you may have.
For your fitness we will create a workout plan that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility, depending on the your needs. We take great pride in also teaching the client what foods to eat before and after a workout.
