Description
In 1935 Walter Chubb was succeeded by his son, Ashton, under whose guidance the standing and influence of the firm grew steadily, establishing a sound general practice. In the years that followed, Bate Chubb & Dickson grew from a one partner firm to the present Incorporated practice under the leadership of its eight directors. Well known and respected in the Eastern Cape, the law firm in 1992 acquired its own premises in Greater East London and is easily accessible by virtue of its suburban situation and adequate parking facilities.
Bate Chubb & Dickson Inc. is one of the older law firms in the country and the impressive reputation that it has built over the years stems from its continued commitment to excellence. The firm enjoys a balanced client base ranging from private individuals to leading national and multi-national corporations. Recognised as a firm with comprehensive general experience, Bate Chubb & Dickson Inc. is able to provide its clients with expert service in all fields of law, including family law, property law, commercial law and general litigation. The Directors of the law firm, all of whom have their roots in the Eastern Cape, take great pride in the quality of client care provided and the cordial manner in which the practice is conducted.
