Many of our clients have had very fast home sales after our work was completed. If you're looking to sell your property, we can inspect your home and give you a comprehensive report on what needs repair and what is less important to prospective buyers. We are honest, direct and will give you our unbiased professional opinion in all cases. Please note: Our business hours for all appointments and estimates are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We do not work before 9, after 6, or on weekends. We are not an emergency call service, so urgent matters would be best served by contacting other providers. We are a small two-person company which specializes in custom work and detailed home repairs.
