Based on your needs we can put together a meal plan and educate you on proper nutrition and choosing foods that help treat and prevent certain diseases and conditions the you may have. For your fitness we will create a workout plan that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility, depending on the your needs. We take great pride in also teaching the client what foods to eat before and after a workout.
