Dr. Lindahl has 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children. She uses a holistic approach to help clients increase happiness and life satisfaction, improve self-esteem, and enhance relationships. Dr. Lindahl has a special interest in working with complicated grief, suicide loss survivors, and people struggling to overcome loneliness. When working with adults, she uses a wellness model to help clients strengthen coping skills and deepen self-awareness. With children and teens, she addresses emotional and behavioral problems and school-related issues. Dr. Lindahl also treats anxiety, OCD, and depression.
In her testing practice, Dr. Lindahl helps clients solve the puzzle of why they don’t always live up to their full potential at school or work or why they are bothered by emotional or behavioral symptoms. Presenting clients with strategies and tools that can help them maximize their strengths and address challenges is a focal point of her practice.
