HR Manager. Virtual Our client, a reputable food distributing, creamery and gellateria company is seeking to hire a credible and experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing candidates, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and procedures. As such, the HR manager is responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by managing the administrative functions of the HR department. Due to the supervisory nature of this position, the HR Manager is called upon to handle employee-related issues, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.
