Travel between multiple work sites due to overlapping project timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) 5+ years’ experience in project management Experience with computers, including MS project, Playbook, MS Excel, Word and Office Understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools Provable experience in Cross functional coordination and task tracking Cross functional coordination and task tracking Communications across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the launches Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in business writing and project management software’s Ability to travel from home up to 85% of time (Domestic and International) Preferred: MBA Experience as a startup or launch program manager or as a process deployment program manager Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems Project Management certification Experience working with MS Project, AutoCAD, and/or Playbook |
